In Wakaf Che Yeh compound. Just 5 minutes drive from Kota Bharu city centre. Filthy dirty mostly the bathroom/toilet. Ample parking area with spot light

very satisfied .. the hotel is very close to the wakaf market che yehh 🫠 clean & comfortable room . after this I want to repeat it again

Smelly carpet no guard others OK.

All are good except the reception during check in. She made me upset because the way she asked questions was quite rude. How come she asked are you sure you booked this hotel as if I'm stupid book another hotel went to check in at other hotels just because she did not found the slip.

Need to improve more on room condition and cleanliness.

Good hotel to live in. The service provided was satisfactory. Rooms are ok and nice. Price is ok and value for money. But be careful with the parking worms surrounding the hotel. They are extortioners and will interact with their customers in a hurry. Even if you are a hotel customer and a car park in front of the hotel but you have to pay parking RM 2.00 per / entry.

Careful management, spacious living room, comfortable and easy access.

the sink was leaking and toilet smells bad.. hope you guys improve after this.

The room's rugs are rugged, and the bathroom has fungus.

I arrived around 5 am and receptionist allowed me to stay in the foyer until 8 am before check in. They advised me to check in at 8am so that I won't waste my day. The hotel also comfortable and easygoing for backpacker like me

This my first time stay there and the price good and room very good.

the cleanliness is below average for a budget hotel. Even though we stopped by just to rest for the night, it's below our expectation for a simple and clean room.
