The hotel is near the hospital area, but quite old. The receptionist was not welcoming. Hot and cold sometimes. Phone calls were also not resolved, the receptionist also said, "I accept it, I don't know how to handle it", making me feel too cold to bathe.

This hotel must be sound proof. The air conditioner is not cool - there is no hot water - slow running water - there is no regular water in the toilet (too.) I did not clean the room 4 days, I had to ask for a new towel to give, not being silent. The hotel must say is very bad, does not support people to stay here. The plus point is a few minutes walk to Bui Vien.
