Smelly pillowcases and rocking beds

In the booking information, check-in on the 3rd at 2:00 PM & check-out on the 4th at 12:00 PM. I thought the 6-hour usage was only for the jacuzzi, but it turns out the room was only for 6 hours of transit. Please be more clear, because apparently it's not just me but there are several people who also experienced this... Finally, I was offered a downgrade to a standard room so I could stay 1 night without additional costs. Actually, the room was quite okay & spacious, but the bed cover was already dirty yellow and had lots of stains, even blood stains. The towels given were tattered ones that were more suitable as rags instead of towels, the AC was leaking, the bathroom was flooded, there was no mat, and everything was complete. The parking lot was very narrow, access to the residential area was closed at night... Plus, there are lots of culinary spots around so it's not difficult to find delicious food at affordable prices.

The staff is friendly, and the hotel is quite clean. It's comfortable for a short stay. However, exiting is difficult due to the proximity to the busy Gajahmada Plaza, and the parking lot blocks the road. As a result, every time you order a taxi, you have to turn around. The food also needs to be reviewed and double-checked by the hotel staff. 🙏

Booked a superior room but was upgraded to a deluxe room and was able to choose one with a view. Breakfast was less varied, but still okay for the price under 400. There are many culinary options around the hotel, and Gajah Mada Mall is also just a short walk away.

I stayed in room 819, if I'm not mistaken. The room faced the street. I woke up at 2:00 a.m. to the sound of construction workers working on the wall, sawing wood, etc. Please, while there are renovations, don't do any work at night, as it will disturb your rest.

I've stayed here several times and it's always comfortable, pleasant, and the room is exactly as ordered and requested. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the service is always prompt.
