Rooms near the generator or pool equipment are very noisy, even at night. The bathrooms don't have hand showers, making bathing difficult for the kids.

The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, and the activities for children are also very enjoyable. Each room is provided with carrots for feeding deer, impala, and wildebeest. Feeding giraffes and rhinos is available at a fee. The only downside was that the refrigerator in our room wasn't cold enough, but otherwise, it was well worth it.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, my child really enjoyed staying at Baobab, the room was clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay with kids. Our stay coincided with Easter. There were many fun activities for the kids, all free. Breakfast was very comprehensive. The hotel staff and the staff in the animal area were also very friendly and helpful.

It's so much fun to do, but unfortunately, it's fasting here so I can't have breakfast with the giraffe.

The milk served at the restaurant for breakfast was no longer drinkable. It tasted slightly sour and wasn't fresh. After I complained, it was replaced. The problem was, my child had already had a drink. The staff at the egg section of the restaurant were also unfriendly, even though there weren't many guests staying at the time.

Everything is okay... except there are quite a lot of flies in the restaurant during breakfast (so it's quite annoying 🙄)
