in sapa Vie Nam, the weather is very cold. the hotel does't have warm water. i noticed to the boss of the hotel but it have not done. when I call to agen phone, 01 hour later we have warm water. the food is ok but the check out time is not correct in the e-voucher. the check out time is 10 am o'clock. ít's very soon. the e-voucher tell me 12am o' clock. the service boy took my vali out the room and threw it to the ground. and he tell us: "you must organize the baggage out the room because the check out time is over". I am not received any call from the boss of the hotel. I was very very disappointed
