For a 5-stars, well let me review a bit of my experience.
First impression, I was mad. I mean it was clearly written check in hour at 14.00 but they couldn't had the room ready until 15.00. Never happened to me in another 5-Stars in peak season.
The receptionist not communicating well and seems she can not handle complaints (the manager just sitting beside her not care).
The room. The room is pretty, spacious, with Harmann Kardon as alarm clock and BT speakers, looks fun until I turning on TV just to see an outdated TV, not Smart TV. So yes, your staycation entertainment option in the room is limited.
Facility and experience? It was great actually, lots of fun things to do for kids.
Breakfast? Amazing. Lots of options, but the pastry needs a bit of evaluation. (Idk if a dense cake and plain is 'a bit').
