The AC is old-fashioned and doesn't cool even when set to maximum, but we still sweat. The kids couldn't get a good night's sleep because it was so hot. When we contacted the receptionist, they said they didn't know, and it seems like it's been set that way. They can't do anything about it and can't fix it. In terms of room comfort and facilities, Mitra O or Red are still better.
