Very kid-friendly. All public facilities, including the rooms, are child-friendly and comfortable. Strategically located near the city center. Highly recommended, and I'd love to stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel in all aspects, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff, variety of food and delicious, swimming pool is very clean and comfortable, mosque is close, basically if I go to Batu again then this hotel will be my family's choice.

I really enjoyed staying here. We had a balcony with a mountain view. The location is perfect for exploring Batu, including shopping for souvenirs. The room was clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was quite varied. The children's playground was quite enjoyable; some of the toys in the garden near the pool were suitable for use by both children and adults.

There was a slight issue upon check-out because they said there were no small towels in the room. I said I was ready to unpack the three suitcases I brought and have them checked. But the hotel receptionist gave up because I told them if they weren't there, they'd have to pack them up again. When I got home, it was still missing. Could it be housekeeping's negligence in recording the data? By the way, staying here requires a 50,000 IDR deposit.

Second time staying at Samara.. The price is quite cheap for a 4-star hotel, that addictive, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied & delicious, the room is also clean, check in/out is fast, the downside is that shower rooms at the swimming pool need to be added so there are no queues. In Shaa Allah next December during school holidays will be here again. NB: I also want to get a reply from the management team.
