Great that breakfast was included, but the room wasn't quiet. I could hear the hallway, and the room next door didn't have a reading desk; three of the light bulbs weren't working. Overall, it was okay for sleeping and staying there. I booked through the app, and the staff seemed confused, like they couldn't find my booking. They asked to see my email, my app, and checked their own device to see if the booking existed. Finally, I was able to check in. The app was surprised, thinking the booking hadn't gone through. I stood there for a while. The confusing check-in process was the only thing that wasn't okay. But overall, it was fine.

There's a smart TV, which I love. The bathroom is very spacious, I love it the most.

The service is very slow. It needs improvement to be faster and more modern.
