The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel environment was very peaceful, and there were many hotel facilities to try. The hotel is also child- and family-friendly. A wonderful stay 👍

for the room is quite spacious because my family and I booked the premier. the cleanliness of the room is standard. for food in the class of a 5-star hotel, I think it's still lacking. the food is a bit like a 4-star class. in the afternoon there is free afternoon tea, only the variations are very few. the hotel and its environment are quite spacious, it seems poorly maintained. the friendliness of the hotel service is not optimal. there are only a few officers who are very friendly and some who are not very friendly. hopefully in the future there can be better improvements. overall it's quite good. tq
