Overall, the room was comfortable for the price. It was in good condition, not dirty, but the design did seem dated, but for just resting, it was fine. I took the breakfast package, and I found it adequate. While there wasn't much variety and it wasn't anything impressive, I found it comfortable enough.

It was such a comfortable stay at Grand Puri Saron ❤️. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, the facilities were complete, the location was strategic, and the service was excellent. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and close to Malioboro, in front of the hotel there is delicious gudeg.

The hotel is poorly maintained, this is my second stay, the toilet bidet is broken, the taps are not running smoothly, the reception staff lacks hospitality, only giving threatening rules without asking for the guest's impressions, like talking to AI.

Overall, the room was good and comfortable, but the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of urine, and small ants appeared on the table whenever we placed food.

Old hotel with old interior, many floors are uneven, no TV, slow wifi, and often logs out. Breakfast is not recommended, crackers are not crispy, but they are still served.

The staff is friendly, and the food is quite tasty. The bedrooms are spacious, with wide deluxe beds, so they can accommodate four people and children. The rooms have Qibla directions. The price is quite affordable, considering its proximity to Malioboro.
