The rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly & very helpful, the delivery service is also fast, the taste and variety of food is also quite good.

Hotel staff are looking for faults, FO and housekeeping seem to need supervision from hotel management.

If I go to Jember, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV wasn't digital and the signal often dropped, making it blurry and unwatchable. The bathroom was decent, but the door was locked once, even though I'd just left it closed, but the staff immediately helped me open it. The trash can could be bigger. The room wasn't soundproof, and I could still hear the noise from outside.

Clean, comfortable, cold AC, hot water also works well.

Very comfortable, clean too, worth the price

The cleanliness of the room was pretty clean but when I checked in the room smelled of cigarettes and it didn't go away even after being sprayed with air freshener. There should be a fine for guests who smoke in the room.
