For the room, it's quite good, quite spacious, the only minus is the separate bathroom and no special lift. So, you have to struggle to carry your stuff back and forth. The rest is okay.

The madam is nice. Very close to the viral tofu and beef meatballs.

No elevator, I had to walk up to the 5th floor. The pictures are misleading. Also ordered a room without inside bathroom, be sure to check before book

The elevator was broken, I was put on the 4th floor and paid for the hostel which was very expensive, 1 million for 1 night, it was a real loss, I was annoyed because I had to pay to lift my suitcase up to 4 floors. The 1st and 2nd floors were under renovation so it was really scary, only my family and I were on the top floor

For those who are jastipers, staying at this hotel is suitable, the location is right behind Tofu, really close to everywhere, the only downside is that the lift is broken so you have to take the stairs, the room is very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean.

It is not recommended to stay here. The elevator is broken so you have to take the stairs. The hotel is haunted.

Hopefully the elevator will be operational when I stay there again.

The completeness of the photos in the app is misleading, it turns out that there are rooms with bathrooms outside. I hope Traveloka can update the photos of the rooms. The lift is broken, while the rooms on the 3rd floor are really bad.

it was a good stay, with very friendly owner. I’m lucky I was fit because they don’t have elevator, so I had to go to 5th floor by stairs.. but it was a nice experience, and work out 😂🙌🏻

The service is really bad, when we checked in the hotel we had to call Housekeeping first before being given the key, then it turned out the toilet was not in the same room and the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs from the 1st to 3rd floor 😭 basically it's not worth it here and the wifi can't be used here either.

Hotel in an area near shopping areas, only the lift was broken, got a room on the 5th floor had to go up and down the stairs, all the hallways were dark, the room in front of the room was all dark as if it was not looked after.

Overall I like the hotel but 1 thing only, the lift isn't working. So we had to take our luggage up to the 4th floor. They said the lift has been under maintenance since 2 mnths ago due to flood please can the hotel management fix the lift I would like to stay at Glur again.

I got a room on the 5th floor but the elevator has been out of service for 2 months, the hotel is under renovation. So I had to go up the stairs to the 5th floor, which was even worse, the stairs between the 4th and 5th floors were dark, there were no lights. I got a room at the very end of the stairs, I had to walk to the end, turn right, then turn right again, and it wasn't like a hotel, the lights were dim and a bit scary. This hotel is not worth renting, I only stayed for 1 night while I had paid for 4 nights. There was no compensation at all, I was very disappointed. Too bad I didn't have time to take a photo because I didn't have time. I wanted to check out quickly.
