The room is clean even though it's small. But it's comfortable guys... and it's easy to get everywhere😍😍

Service is ok, quite close to good restaurants, suitable for business trips.

The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, if you stand in the hallway you can hear everything inside the rooms. The toilet drains poorly, every now and then you open the toilet door and smell the sewer smell. The first day I checked in, the bed sheets were dirty and had stains. I asked the housekeeping staff to change them and they did, but they weren't very clean. And the following days I noticed that they cleaned the room but didn't change the sheets. I checked out a little late, but the receptionist still let me in and the bellman was very enthusiastic in helping me carry my luggage. The hotel is also close to the tourist attractions. Overall, it's okay.

I love it this Hotel. I'm felt a Private Room and then So clean and tidy with the room. 😁 🇯 🇵. I was recommended to the Hostel because Not to far the station.

AC is not cold, I think it ' s broken. When we put the sign for make up room, they didn't clean it. The location is nice. Some staff are not friendly.

Dear anh, chị. Trong đợt book khách sạn này em cảm nhận về bạn lễ tân (bạn nam) không được nhiệt tình cho lắm. Gia đình em gồm 3 người, có 1 bé dưới 1 tuổi nên hành lý hơi lỉnh kỉnh. Lúc check out em có để nhờ hành lý tại khách sạn để đi việc riêng. Lúc quay khách sạn để lấy hành lý và chờ lịch bay thì không biết vì lý do gì mà lobby tự dưng không có điều hoà. Bé nhà em khó chịu và khóc vì quá nóng. Do đã check out nên em cũng ngại hỏi về vấn đề này. Sau đó có 1 nhóm khách khác vào lobby liền yêu cầu bật điều hoà thì bạn lễ tân bật lên. Trong khi lúc đầu em đến thì bạn ấy nói không có. Nói chung không được niềm nở mấy ạ. Anw khách sạn ở vị trí trung tâm, giá ổn, phòng sạch sẽ xứng đáng với giá tiền.

The room is too small and stuffy. The room arrangement department failed to arrange the single bed room. Meanwhile, I booked a kingsize bed in a large room. Finally, I changed my room to a baby room with a double bed

For the price of 300 thousand, it's okay, but it's not good because all the passports are held while we have to travel with passports. The rest is okay.

Khách san quá ồn. Nhân viên báo giá và tính tiền khác nhau nhưng không đưa được lời giải thích hợp lý, đổ lỗi cho khách hàng . Không bao giờ quay lại.

Stay away this hotel and book hotel on app. Booked deluxe room got superior room when check in bad experience rude receptionist staff. Tried to contact online agent to get deluxe room no response from customer care only inform will check and get back bad experience ever with online agent, not recommend both hotel and app stay away if you don't want from happy to massy

Phòng khá nhỏ so với diện tích đã khai và đăng trên webbside như là 3 căn phòng của nhóm tôi ở thì không thể nào đến 42 m2, thật phi lý.

Chất lượng phòng khá ổn, vị trí ngay trung tâm quận 1.
