Bad service. The floor was wet, the air conditioner was not cool, broke a tea cup and had to pay 500k, more expensive than paying for a whole tea set.

The hotel location is good, the parking lot is spacious, the staff is also polite and helpful, but the hotel is too old and has not been upgraded, the elevator is broken, I see the review from 2019 until now, not repaired, weak WiFi, the bathroom is very small and smells of sewer every time the water is flushed, the room has no lights, only 4 lights like reading lights, the soundproofing is very bad, so every time the rooms on the floor close the door is heard rattling, in general The hotel should be upgraded strongly to deserve 4*.

I only stayed at Hoang Yen 1 for 1 night, but I can rate it as follows: Enthusiastic and friendly receptionist; the location of the hotel is excellent; clean rooms; but the towel system in the bathroom is a bit old. Having breakfast, I went down at 8:30 that day there was nothing left to eat😭! Overall, still like to stay at Hoang Yen 1 because of the ideal location!💐👍

Dirty rooms with bad views, diff from commitmemts.

I arrived and didn't have the desire even to unpack my luggage. Initially I booked 4 nights but I could change with the help of online agent to 1 night only. This Hotel summarizes the worst what you can imagine for a stay in a hotel. Old, unmaintained, dirty and bad service.

Tivi thì bị hột không coi rõ, vài ổ điện bị hỏng không sử dụng được, so với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao thì không hài lòng lắm. Gọi lễ tân 2-3 lần không ai nghe điện thoại

I had booked a room for 4 people before 3 months, but I was called back to change my room when the vacation was only about 3 weeks. The sea view room was changed to a room without any windows, and it was always dark because the room had only a small light bulb like a sleeping light (room 305). Really bad.

Room is clean but a bit old. The restaurant cooks well, tastes good.

When checking in at the front desk without breakfast ... the room is ok, clean and nice ... only one point not informing the customers of breakfast time until asking if the report is out of breakfast.
