Staying here was the best experience for me, because the staff service was very friendly and solution-oriented, I borrowed a prayer robe and it was delivered very quickly, the breakfast was also varied and of course delicious, I will recommend to friends and family to stay at the Luminor Jambi Hotel.

pros: fast check-in, comfy beds cons: the rooms showed signs of aging, no hair dryer nor fridge in deluxe room, so we asked the front desk staff to keep our ice pack and they couldnt find/return it to us when checking out, stains in towels and bedsheet, thin walls, we could hear people speaking from next room and outside hotel.
