The hotel did not announce closing time, locked customers outside in the middle of the night, called dozens of times but no one came down to open the door, the manager had a bad attitude, not a single apology or anything. The room smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty. Very bad experience.

Clean room, full of necessary amenities, cheap price

Hotel in the center of Da Lat. Clean, airy room, fully equipped. Price is quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area.

The room is shabby, the facilities are too bad, the room smells musty, the curtains cannot be pulled, there is no hair dryer, the elevator is rickety, the pictures on the app are just illustrations, renderings... no different from a haunted house, an abandoned house, entering the room is like being transported back 20 years, a horrible memory never before in my life. I suggest that traveloka re-examine the quality of the hotel rooms on the app, to avoid affecting its reputation. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AND SCARY

Unprofessional staff. Had booked and paid 100% in advance but when I arrived they said there were no rooms available. When I asked to resolve the issue they hesitated and said they were waiting.

Dirty and damp room. Even though I paid for 2 rooms in advance, the hotel said there was only 1 room left.

A bad experience, the room I got really smelled of mold. I got a cheap price, when I arrived at the place to check in, I was greeted with the "ohm" attitude, I bought a cheap price, so I got the room, no comments. 250k at the homestay is still okay. The elevator is extremely dirty and bad, everyone carries their own luggage and moves around. I had to pay extra to stay in a more airy room. I am a frequent traveler so I advise everyone not to choose this hotel when coming to Da Lat. The entire hotel only has 1 receptionist at the counter and of course your job is only at the counter. My experience was quite bad.

The place is right in the center, but the walls and rooms are still a bit dirty, moldy, and the appliances are not set up as carefully as in the pictures (kettle, remote, dryer, ...)

The staff is quite friendly, I'm just looking for a hotel to stay, I don't require any view so for me this is ok. The double standard room is enough for 2 people. The room has full-time hot water, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. The hotel's location is quite nice, walking to the market is also close and it's convenient to go anywhere by motorbike.

We had a great stay at Thanh Thanh Premier. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful.

Everything was fine with me. The room was small but clean, I was upgraded to a higher room for free.
