Thank God, I found a strategic location, close to UB and the city. I could take morning walks around campus in a cool and beautiful atmosphere. This guesthouse is relatively affordable, but the food, facilities, and comfort are hotel-standard. It's absolutely perfect for me. Thank you.

Parking is free along the street. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Incidentally, I could hear the sound of mice scurrying happily across the ceiling. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The taste tended to be salty, perhaps my palate isn't suited to East Javanese cuisine.

Recommended, comfortable place, strategic to everywhere.

This hotel is definitely worth it! The staff is friendly and communicative. All the amenities in the room are complete, and you can leave your luggage at the front desk before check-in.

Stayed here because my wife had business at the UB Rectorate, while reminiscing on her beloved UB campus (we are both alumni of UB, FK & FIA). It was so nice to be able to walk around the campus together in the morning with the fresh air and beautiful campus environment... God willing, I will stay here again if there is an event in Nglam.
