The hotel is clean, the service is okay

The process is easy and the rooms are quite clean and comfortable at a fairly cheap price.

The hotel is nice, clean, and reasonably priced. The bathroom is clean and has hot water. Finding food is easy, whether you're in the morning, afternoon, or evening, is available nearby. Overall, I recommend staying here with your family. It's worth it.

For this price, the hotel is very worth it, from the good service, friendly, the check-in and check-out process is also fast, the room is comfortable, but the bedsheets are a bit less clean, there are stains. Apart from that, it is satisfying, there are many food vendors near the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you are hungry.

First time staying here during office work while 5 months pregnant, came again when the child was 14 years old, did not have high expectations for the facilities at this hotel, but really admire the hotel even though it has been around for a long time but is well maintained, what is certain is that this hotel is clean, the rooms and towels, bathrooms are clean, easy access, friendly employees, fast wifi, finding food/breakfast is also easy, this is the most important thing. For just a transit hotel, Hotel Setrasari is recommended, the price is also very affordable. The downside is that the lobby area in the morning the door is opened and guests are allowed to smoke, for those who do not like cigarette smoke this is certainly very disturbing, the room layout is rather narrow and it is difficult to pray if the direction of prayer is tilted. Hopefully it will be a positive input for Hotel Setrasari.

Guys, the hotel's gmaps seems to be having an error, so if you want to find it, it's 3s Setrasari Hotel, yesss. The receptionists are friendly, the rooms are nice, clean, and the AC is really cold. Recommended

Old hotel but still ok. Yesterday I tried here during a long weekend because the hotel rooms in Bandung were full, finally I got it here for 400 but it wasn't worth it hehe.

Friendly staff, very easy to check in. The staff is also very helpful if we need anything. Strategic location, many places to eat. Soundproof rooms.

Check-in time is very flexible, parking is okay, close to the city center, for that price it's worth it.

Alhamdulillah strategic hotel, very good service Even better, around the hotel there are many cheap food places, cheaper than food prices in Tangerang, I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, only on the second day, if I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, no one came to clean the room. Next time I go to Bandung, I want to stay here again Thank you Hotel Setrasari Bandung.

Check in and out was easy, the room was clean, spacious, affordable, really fun, there was a water jug & hotel slippers (if there aren't any in the room, you can ask for them), the only downside was that the bathroom door couldn't be closed very well so I was a bit worried about my child going into the bathroom by themselves, I would come here again if I needed something in the Pasteur area.
