Towels are still taking a long time to be laundered. If possible, please increase the number of towels so guests don't have to wait. They haven't arrived until around 5:00.

The staff are very friendly and comfortable to stay there, and access to food is very easy to get.

One thing I was pleased about was the promotional price, but the bathroom needs improvement. There was no hot water, and there were no towels in the room; you had to ask for them at the front desk. However, the towels provided seemed new. On the plus side, there were plenty of eateries nearby, and the TV channels were excellent.

The comfort was adequate, but the cleanliness was lacking. It was also our fault for not booking a non-smoking room. The downside was that there was a lipstick stain on the blanket and the room smelled of cigarettes, with no air freshener. The air conditioning and other things were fine.

The point is, I'm satisfied, it's always a favorite place for a staycation.

The towels need to be replaced, they are thin and ugly.. Different from other hotels.. There is only 1 towel provided in the room.. There is no doormat or cloth in the bathroom either..
