In advance, we thank you for choosing our hostel to accompany your activities while in Jogja and for taking the time to provide a review of our hostel in terms of services and facilities. We also want to apologize if any of our services are not satisfactory.
With the covid19 pandemic and current government regulations, we have reduced the capacity of the number of guests who can stay at our hostel, therefore the number of our guests does not meet 100% of the capacity we have, including cutting our room capacity from 8 people to 4 people in the room that Mr Guruh occupied and in several other guest rooms so it didn't seem as crowded as usual, as well as the health protocols that we strive for, we reduce direct interaction with our staff for mutual safety and comfort, for that we leave a contact that can be contacted each guest if needed in each room if needed by the guest.
However, it is quite unfortunate because Mr Guruh does not comply with the regulations that we have listed on Traveloka in order to maintain the comfort of fellow guests in our hostel. We found from CCTV footage when Mr Guruh self checked in, Mr Guruh brought more than 4 guests in 1 room without our knowledge so that this violated our room's maximum capacity rule which we wrote in the description section on Traveloka.
Once again, thank you for the suggestions and criticisms that Mr. Guruh gave us and sorry if there were any unsatisfactory services. We will improve performance to be better in the future and we will always strive to comply with applicable health protocols for the comfort and safety of our guests.
