The hotel staff is friendly. But when I stayed there the electricity was on at night. It went out until morning and I couldn't take a shower. Not comfortable. The place is ok but.

The hotel facilities are inadequate. The hotel keeps having power outages so it is very hot in the room. The water in the bathroom is also dirty.

The reception staff is not friendly & not helpful, very indifferent to guests. The room & bathroom are very dirty, there is a lot of dirt on the door, a lot of dust in the room. The room smells damp like it hasn't been used for a long time, the floor also feels damp like it's not completely dry, the sheets also feel damp & make the body itch. The price is affordable, but it would be better if the price was increased but the service & cleanliness were also improved

I loved the staff there. Putra was so helpful and friendly. However, it seems like the place is understaffed which lead to the place not being well kept. The two who we seen were running around Manning the front desk, cleaning rooms, helping guests and doing everything in between. During our stay, the next door guests were drinking, smoking and playing loud music till late. so it was hard to sleep if you are an early bird.

All is ok, only the ac is slow to digi. With a very large room. Maybe it's better to use an inverter AC instead of low Watt. Awesome

The room is damp and smelly, the AC keeps turning on and off and isn't cold at all, room no. 8. I was too lazy to call the front desk because it was already the middle of the night huhu

Please pay attention to the cleanliness, especially the bathroom, I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. I have reported it and asked for it to be cleaned, the bathroom is dirty, the walls are yellow and smell of urine. And the terrace in front of the room, please clean it too. As for the pluses, the room is spacious and quiet. There is a kettle for coffee. Get 2 free small bottles of drink There is a refrigerator, you can also borrow plates to eat if you buy food outside. Number 1 is the cleanliness that needs to be cleaned

The water isn't hot 🥲🥲 I'm really disappointed. Overall, the room is big and nice, but the hot water isn't working huhu

Comfortable here, the staff are friendly & always offer to clean the room, the AC is quite cold, the TV is okay, you can watch YouTube, a mini fridge even though the fridge is a bit old but it is still okay to store food / drinks, the room below is right in front of the swimming pool, the pool is clean. In the room there is anti-mosquito lotion, the room is very spacious, the hot water for bathing works, only the toilet needs a little renovation to make it cooler & cleaner because when taking a shower there is still a little stagnant water that takes a long time to dry. Satisfied staying for a week here. Next time I go to Bali, I will stay here again. Thank you

The best mid-range hotel, staying 2 nights here is very good and nice after looking for a hotel before finally got here, the hotel and location are very good and nice and the price is affordable for local tourists like me who are from Sumatra, next time I come back I will stay here again.
