Recommended hotel for family vacation

Friendly staff, but the interior of the Duluxe triple room needs updating and lacks a view, and there's no information on the app. The food is still lacking in variety. Perhaps there could be more variety, with sweet and spicy options.

Great… There is direct access to the beach.

The hotel is nice, the service is friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, unfortunately the pool is dirty, please clean it more often, my body and my friends' bodies were itchy after swimming.

Excellent service, direct access to Bira Beach, cool view, water sports banana & donut boats

The view is very pleasant and the white sand of the beach is clean right in front of the hotel.

The view is good, the distance to Birax beach is close to the hotel

staff were friendly, especially the man in the dining area. wifi was good. room had mould on the ceiling and there was a large crack in the glass door to the balcony. the bathroom was in poor repair. it looks like the ceiling has had a new ceiling put in but not completed. water pressure was poor. a large amount of corrosion was present on the shower head along with some make shift repairs with a cable tie.

The hotel is close to the beach, the staff is responsive if there are complaints.... For us, it's okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just that the AC is not cold enough in room 230. Please pay more attention. It's a shame that you've paid a lot of money but the AC is not cold. The breakfast is delicious. 👍.
