This hotel is very strategically located, all the staff are very friendly, even the security guards and cleaning staff outside the hotel are very friendly and greet me every time I come in and out. The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful city view, the rooms are always clean. The food is varied even for children, thank you Artotel

The location is really good. There are many options for eating outside, security also helps arrange parking, early check-in is allowed and the room is also soundproof so you can sleep well.

The hotel is very comfortable and very strategic for culinary and to Bundaran HI, it is close.

The location is honestly okay, close to Sarinah, Sabang, Plaza Indonesia, MRT, etc. But I stayed here and was given a mezzanine floor room. On Saturday (Saturday night) it turned out there was live music until 11 in the lobby which was heard in the room and was very disturbing to rest. The only solution is earplugs and the glass door is closed. My suggestion is that this mezzanine room should not be sold if there is live music, no one wants to stay in a hotel while listening to live music like this. If anyone gets a mezzanine room, please immediately ask for a room change right away

good location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Cheap price. The only thing isnt too good is the room isnt sound proff. So u can hear the noise and sound frm outside and next door.

very very strategic location near Thamrin bus stop, walking distance to Sarinah, next to Bakmi GM.. the price is most worth it, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, clean and very instagrammable, and there are many smoking areas near the lobby so it's comfortable..

A truly artsy hotel. There's art in ever corner. I mean, look at the chair. At first, we thought it was broken 😅 Overall, the hotel is cozy. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasted good for our Asian tongue. And location is superb. Right across Sarinah. Just a short walk from Transjakarta and MRT Station.

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast meal. Rooftop bar. Walking distance to Sarinah just located in front of hotel. It has foodcourt. Coffee shops. Restaurants. Supermarket and Department store for batik etc

This is the umpteenth time I've been to Artotel and overall it's always good.

Got my stay very comfortable, I had a chance to explore all within walk distance, for a family who wants to have a staycation. It is convenient, for you who want to try car free day ambience around thamrin sudirman are. It is easy!

champion location even though the room is not too spacious but clean comfortable bed super cold AC hot water complete amenities can borrow hair dryer if needed because it is not available in the room the only thing lacking is breakfast maybe my taste is too salty and sorry the fried rice and fried chicken are too dry and hard other than that everything is good
