Book a room via the app for 1,462 million, add km code and about 1,380 million for a deluxe room. The photo on the room app is very clean and neat, but when checking in, the pictures of the place and room are different. Old, dirty, peeling wallpaper. The stained showerhead was not replaced, and the bathroom was extremely poorly cleaned when the yellow floor tiles were not scrubbed. Even with 2 bottles of free mineral water given to guests during the day, 1 bottle was half-drinked and could not be replaced (as shown in the photo below). Around 12:30 a.m. when I arrived and checked in, the staff assisted me in checking in early. I took note of this, but when I got to the room, I just looked bored. About 5 minutes after consulting with my husband, I called down to report. Expressing her disappointment, she said she would change her room but accepted it at 2pm. happily returned that room and wandered around eating and drinking until 2:30 a.m. When I checked in to the new room, it was no different from the old room. As a bonus, the shower is stained black like it was used from the 80s to 2023. The bathroom floor is yellow, the bed was ordered as a large bed but received a single bed put together 🙂. Surely there is no case where you spend money to rent a hotel room and have to take 2 disposable toothbrushes provided by the hotel to scrub the bathroom floor to make it less dirty and scrub the shower to see if there is any improvement. Yes or no, it's not like me. The room quality is so bad compared to the hotel's location and price. There is no such thing as a second visit!
