The best hotel in Iloilo. They even had Qibla direction in the room and had Muslim-friendly food.

Not as what I expected. Fine print doesn’t state the 2,000 deposit they were asking. Pool is very crowded. Room doesn’t have a bath tub & it doesn’t have a bidet. Very frustrating. No shaver as toiletries and wifi is very slow. Not good for business travel. I wish I can dispute the charge on my card. Worst ever for a 4 star/5 star. Front desk is very rude. Seriously, she need a bit of hospitality and customer service training. Very Rude.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very accessible to the mall and P2P bus going to Airport. I would highly recommend Richmonde Hotel! Our stay here was awesome!

Our stay in Richmonde Hotel was awesome. The room were big and the interior finish were very nice. The pool was breathtaking. The breakfast is satisfying. One comment I have is the TV’s which are not smart TV. Also, I could not connect my usb to watch my downloaded movies since the port could not be reached.

From check-in, actual stay, the superb buffet breakfast, and to speedy check-out. It was awesome!

My kids had fun at the pool so as inside the room...breakfast is so good also...till next time

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, honeymoon getaway. Great facilities and awesome services. Cleanest room, spacious, and large bathroom. Complete amenities. Great location, very easy to move to places. Staff are very helpful.

The hotel has a great ambiance, quiet, peaceful and not crowded at all. The pool was superb as well, and they immediately respond to our requests. Overall, the stay was great.

Overall stay was excellent but one thing is lacking, the shower is not that hot and there’s no bidet wash in the toilet.

Stay was relaxing. Air-con seems to struggle cooling the room. Amenities are great, and location is practical as stores are in walking distance.
