The owner is very friendly, so from the very beginning our hearts were happy. very strategic place, 1 building with time square. The building security is very good, the rooms are very large. There is a dining table and mini kitchen, bathtub, warm water.

Nice place, spacious good for family

This apartment is the best accommodation in KL (Bukit Bintang). There is no receptionist in this property. If you want to check in, there is someone help you to contact your agency in this property. And the agent is so nice. He help us to take our baggage to the apartment. And when you open the door. wah. This apartment is clean, AC is cold, and we get best view on 40 floor to see Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower. Oh ya they have housekeeping to clean your room everyday. I am so happy with this apartment and next time I will stay here again.

The apartment very bad.. dirty bedroom, dirty bathroom, leaky sink, flooding in the bathroom and toilet that didn't work properly.. Not recommended apartment event though it is close to the city centre.

No free parking. Not easy to get to the place.

The furniture is old & some (table chairs) are fragile, shg don't dare to use, worry if it arrives "broken, we are blamed. Cleanliness is quite ok, the building is a bit old but still looks sturdy, if it's renovated it will definitely attract more aptm rooms here for rent again. So there are several companies in 1 building, which rent (own) several rooms, which are then rented to us.

Nice location because same building with the mall, easy access to monorail and city center.

The location is very good near the same hill star shopping center. The hotel brought a complete time sequare mall with a food court and supermarket.

This place is suitable both for business and also family. Located near the shopping centers, and the monorail station.

strategic location. check in is easy too. good furniture compared to my experience of renting in victorious times square in other places

The room was not clean, the air conditioner leaked to the floor so it wet the carpet.

Awesome host & services! Will stay here again one day soon! Just that, the aircond is not that cold enough and need to be service! Thank you!

Clean rooms with amazing city views, highly recommended.

Dirty, the apartment bed linen was never replaced.

AC was not coo in @ room. no cleaning services, no water heater in the bathrooms.

Very comfortable with the ambiance, the room was clean, quiet & relax.

i booked 2 family suite room for 3 nights and i really dissapointed. when i came into my booked room..all mash everywhere...the room has not been cleaned up even though i came late at this apartment (16.00), i was so dissapointed. the other room is far away..at B side and i have to let it empty for a night because of these. i told to the supervisor that for the 2nd room for the next day, i want a nice room with KLCC view, but they give me the same view room as the other room.

Comfortable .. The room is spacious, Underneath the food court and mall Wants to Singapore directly beside the hotel. Next .. Come here again
