Old hotel, full of musty smell. The staff automatically enters the guest room to clean the room that the guest has not checked out.

I rented a room for 3 people with 3 beds for my family. According to my observations, Bach Ma has 2 adjacent areas: the old house and the new house, I live in the old building on the 6th floor, fully furnished, quite clean, but the problem of soundproofing and blocking light not good, no curtains to block the light, wifi when caught, have to sit near the door to be able to catch it. The plus point in Bach Ma is the very good facilities: diverse and delicious breakfast buffet; There is a new and fully equipped gymnasium; Space with many green trees; Enthusiastic and friendly staff. If Bach Ma upgraded the old building a little more to make it newer, it would be great, suitable for more customers. For me, as a nature lover, like simple values, like peace and a moderate price, Bach Ma will still be my choice when coming back here!

We had a great stay here. Nice hotel, airy space, delicious breakfast, friendly and enthusiastic staff. We plan to come back next time if we come to Buon Me.

Clean room but designed in the old style.

Nice room and full facilities. Delicious breakfast and many dishes to choose from. The hotel does not have a private car park, but guests must leave a car along the curb in front of the hotel. We had to park temporarily on the other side of the road overnight. However, we value the hotel quite well. Service attitude of staff enthusiastic, polite.

Pros: The hotel is beautifully located, rooms with window view only view to neighboring hotel. Cons: In the morning I came, the hotel reported that there is no room so early check. I left the phone number to have room, call me immediately without anyone calling. I went back to check-in at noon despite being tired after the flight. Later, the hotel reported that because of the few guests should not have breakfast buffet but only 1 dish. So is the fact that few guests but the hotel does not allow early checkout?
