The place is comfortable, the facilities are quite good, only there is no wifi network.

The hotel building is old-fashioned but still quite neat, there are just a few spots that are not pleasing to the eye because they are full of holes. At 7 o'clock, breakfast was not ready even though there was an event at 7:30 and it was still clean. There were many guests and the food ran out quickly and it took a long time to refill it, as if it was not prepared even though it should have been recorded if the hotel was busy. Dirty plates were also not quickly collected and the staff looked like untrained interns. Hopefully the facilities and quality can be improved further.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the surroundings are beautiful, the breakfast is varied, and there are lots of activities if you stay on the weekend. Overall, it's great.

It's an old hotel, but it's quite good for a staycation, very family-friendly. The room I booked was quite satisfactory. The downsides are: 1. Towels weren't provided upon check-in, so I couldn't shower right away after hiking. When the towels were delivered, one was still dry, the material was falling apart, and it was stained. 2. The breakfast offered was very limited in variety. There was fried rice and stir-fried Chinese cabbage, but it had absolutely no flavor. The soy sauce chicken and fried noodles were a relief. It's a shame, as I really like the hotel and its prompt service. 3. The elevator doesn't have air conditioning, so it's very hot during the day. 4. Just a suggestion, it's better to have live music on weekends after Maghrib or around 7:00, rather than in the afternoon. This way, guests like me who just checked in after an activity can rest and not be disturbed. That's all, thank you.

This hotel is underrated. It's worth it for a short getaway. It's an older hotel, but it seems they're serious about surviving amidst the onslaught of modern villas and hotels. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi isn't working, and the aerobics program, which was supposedly exclusively for hotel guests, isn't available.

I'm sure this hotel was great in its heyday, but now I feel a few shortcomings: 1. The mattress is a bit hard, the bed sheets and pillowcases are a bit dirty, but they don't smell, and the room is quite clean. 2. It's a shame the television in the room isn't a smart TV, there are only a few local channels, and the picture is often poor. 3. There's Wi-Fi, but it seems like the network coverage isn't wide enough, so the Wi-Fi often drops out in the room. 4. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but unfortunately, once the food and empty glasses run out, it takes a while to get refilled. Perhaps more staff are needed. 5. The hotel restaurant isn't open at night, so we had to leave the hotel to find dinner. Besides the above drawbacks, there are definitely advantages to staying at the Grand Mulya Bogor: 1. Easy access to the hotel, the roads are still safe for cars, and the parking area is quite spacious. 2. Friendly and prompt staff service. 3. The water heater in the bathroom works well. 4. There's a large swimming pool and spacious garden (the pool could be better; it was usable for swimming during my stay, but parts of the pool were a bit mossy. I hope they'll pay more attention to its cleanliness in the future. Thank you.

Despite some of the reviews here, I like the ambiance of this hotel, and its location is quite close to the mall and the city of Bogor. In my opinion, the only thing lacking is the room amenities. With a little more improvement and regular maintenance, this hotel could be great.

I noticed a lot of cigarette butts and ash on the tables and chairs facing the pool on the first floor, near the lobby. Restroom cleanliness needs more attention. The corridors, especially in rooms 336-340++, look gloomy and have a strange odor. The pool is okay. The garden/open space is spacious. Breakfast is standard. Hopefully, this hotel can improve in the future. Thank you.

Whether there is a promotional price or not, service standards, cleanliness, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, should still be prioritized.

bought drinks at the cafe. ice chocolate 33k, coffee latte 33k. but the iced chocolate tastes like Frisian Flag milk with water added🤮. the coffee latte is also not good. I'd rather buy Tomoro. The price is like that, not including tax & service. btw my room 108 is really dirty, the walls are full of holes, there are no toiletries, there's even shampoo from yesterday's visitor. the bathroom floor is really dirty. in my room there are 3 cockroaches still alive, they caught my husband, luckily my husband isn't disgusting, I was just grumbling the whole time. I'm tired of staying here, once is enough for me

nice, spacious and comfortable hotel

The staff is quite friendly, it's just a shame the hotel is scary, and the hotel is old, many buildings need to be renovated, just come once and I won't come here again.
