Old hotel, facing the Segah River. You can stroll along the riverbank and watch the sunset. It seems to be understaffed. Book an online taxi for a quicker ride to the airport.

The housekeeping staff were often careless. The breakfast food lacked variety and was monotonous and tasted less than delicious.

Overall it's good, only maybe the soundproofing of the room cubicle needs correction which is not good.

A very comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms, nice interior, and a beautiful view. Our family of four stayed in connected rooms, creating a warm, homey atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to the banks of the Segah River and the traditional Pinisi boat harbor, close to food stalls, restaurants, and food vendors, and a souvenir shop. Unfortunately, we were only in transit for a short time, returning from Derawan Island quite late, and checked out the next morning and headed straight to the airport, so we didn't have time to enjoy the hotel's other amenities.

My staycation here was very comfortable, from the atmosphere to the cleanliness. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very fast and didn't work with Netflix, even though I intended to stay in my room and watch TV. The hot water was also less than ideal; the water wasn't warm at night. It was only warm from morning to afternoon, even though I needed it more at night. But overall, it's a good place for a staycation.

For a 4-star hotel, the food variety is very limited: plain rice, fried rice, vermicelli, fried noodles, chicken, and black pepper beef. The variety of cakes is also very limited. Only the location and the river view rooms are recommended: they are large and clean. Everything else is mediocre.

The room is quite spacious for around 300 and is comfortable for resting.

During my last stay, the bathtub was unusable because the water shutoff was missing, preventing it from holding water. The hot water was off, and the toilet paper was out. The biggest disappointment was that the bathtub couldn't be used, even though I wanted to relax.

I was a little disappointed. The app listed a swimming pool, but it was actually only available in the villas. For the 700,000 Rupiah I paid for the upgrade without breakfast and no pool, it was a real shame. My family was disappointed.

The staff was friendly and explained things in sufficient detail. Unfortunately, the hair dryer in the room was broken and couldn't be used. There was only one bathroom amenity, even though there were two people staying in the room. The hot water in the bathroom was only available during morning showers, and even then it was only for a short time. The water in the evening showers was warm, tending towards cold. Breakfast is usually delicious, but yesterday's breakfast lacked variety and taste.

The beds in the front building are more comfortable than the new building, but the bathrooms are better in the new building.

The chairs are stained a lot. The lights hurt my eyes because the lights make me feel bad, the wifi to connect to the TV also can't connect. I want to call the receptionist but I can't connect, all the calls can't connect.

For rooms without elevator access, we were given rooms with poor bathrooms, poor hot water, leaking toilets, and broken hair dryers. The restaurant's breakfast menu lacked variety, and the weekend check-out time was set at 11 a.m., which is not in line with the staycation policy.
