I have an extremely bad experience when I send trust to the hotel service. I book for 2 nights but the first night I book a room here, but the hotel has run out of rooms and moved me to another place (outside the hotel), saying to make sure I am also 2 * like Phuong Anh but really bad (no brush, no shower gel, no drinking water, toilet smell).
