Friendly staff, clean rooms, strategic location, and delicious food 👍

Comfortable and pleasant stay here.

It was a good hotel to stay nearby the Kualanamu airport. They even offered free pick up to the airport. The car park also huge, I got free car park for my friend from Medan who accompanied me stayed. The ambience surrounding also nice, I did jogging in the morning. The staff were helpful. Wifi works well too. The only minus is they don’t provide any welcome drinks. It will be perfect if they offer one, because coming to the hotel at noon for check in is really hot in Medan. So, I think they need to consider to do it next.

The breakfast was delicious, and the food was delicious. It was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I loved the food and the nice room.

The breakfast menu lacked variety. In the morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious, check-in time is simple, and the staff are friendly. The hotel location is not only close to the airport, but also close to food stalls.
