I've been here before but almost forgot that this hotel is quite old. The room is actually comfortable, the bed is soft, and the view from the deluxe room is also good, overlooking the city. It just needs some renovation and better lighting, especially in the dim lobby area. The downside is the breakfast, which tastes really off. I don't know if it's because they used yesterday's ingredients or the chef wasn't very skilled, but the taste is really lacking, sorry. Other than that, it's okay.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the rooms were spacious, and the pool was spacious. We had a fun New Year with our family.

for the friendliness of the staff overall is quite good, only the security needs to be a little friendlier. the room size is spacious, the bed is also spacious and comfortable, with large windows. everything works well, it's just that the facilities in the room are a bit old. the location of the hotel is very strategic. in front there is a busway stop, and close to Mangga Besar, where there are many culinary there. it just doesn't seem suitable for family tourism.
