The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean, and it wasn't too far from the city center. The receptionist was friendly.
When I checked in, I was placed in the house next door, which shared a shared residence, so it was a bit noisy because there were small children.
Everything in the room looked new and clean.
We were given an early check-in, and the receptionist helped carry our suitcases to the second floor and up the stairs. ☺
We were going to Ho Chi Minh City on the 11am sleeper bus, but they told us to remove our luggage from the living room at 9/10pm. They said the door would be locked, and we were told to wait outside (that was the only downside).
I originally wanted to go back, but because I couldn't wait until we got on the bus, I was a bit reluctant.
