The room was very comfortable, clean, with complete amenities, delicious food, and friendly service. Thank God, the restaurant staff gave me some bread after breakfast. 🥰💕

The hospitality of all the staff is excellent. What might need improvement is the taste of the breakfast menu. The food is quite extensive, but it's just not tasty enough. Perhaps the menu choices could be reduced, not too many, but the taste could be improved, because guests may not be able to eat all the variations on the menu. But if the taste is right for the palate, it will be remembered forever. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, it's really close to the city center, hairdryer and iron are complete.

A comfortable hotel. I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly, they gave great dining recommendations, and the location is very close to the city center, close to tourist attractions, and easy to get everywhere. I recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. The room was very large. Everything was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

For sure I’ll be back to staycation in Holiday Inn Pasteur and book again Junior suite room because it is quite comfortable and cozy with luxury vibes.

A very pleasant hotel. The staff were quick to help with luggage. Check-in was quick. The receptionist was friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean (especially the floor). The bathroom was also very clean. The shower had a strong water flow. Overall, I was very satisfied and would return again.
