The staff at the motel are all very nice and helpful. It would be great if each room had a hot water heater for making tea and coffee.

Room is quite spacious, near Hue center. But the dissatisfaction is that there is no room cleaning, no drinking water, no mini fridge, no elevator, so it is inconvenient to bring many items.

Room degraded a lot, Walls are patchy, painted. The room is very dark because only 2 small lamps can be used. My father's room doesn't have a cupboard. The mattress did not even remove the plastic because it was afraid of damage, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Overall very bad for this experience
