The rooms are very old. The bathroom ceiling is moldy, and there's a constant sewer smell; even with the door closed, the smell permeates the bedroom. The lighting in the room is dim; even with all the lights on, it's not bright enough. The breakfast wasn't tasty either. However, the staff were incredibly lovely, both day and night shifts. The location is excellent, very close to Phayao Lake.

The bathroom was stinking and in old condition. The room was old. The pictures don't show the real situation. Much too expensive.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gleich neben Rezeption. Klein, düster, schmuddlig. Im WC Gestank nach Kot und Urin. Frühstück kalte Reissuppe und trockene Biscuits. Hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und bereits bezahlt. Sind aber nach einer Nacht gegangen. Vielleicht sind Zimmer im Obergeschoss besser. Für uns war es aber ein Alptraum.
