Might be one of the best stay experiences I've ever had. The owner is friendly. Staff and guards are all friendly too. The atmosphere is serene even though the villa is located near the city center and very close to the market. Everything is done with absolute care. A very right choice if you want to refresh and rest for a while. The price is very worth it, already got a swimming pool + breakfast for 4 people. The room is also comfortable and clean. Will come back again if going to Batu.

The owner is like giving charity, the price of 200 thousand water is just right, breakfast is beef soto which is not stingy, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are clean, there are towels and soap that are not slippery when rinsed.

Honeymoon with my husband here. The villa owner, Mrs. Hany, is very friendly. She came down directly to check and clean the villa. The villa is very clean, the swimming pool is clean and clear. The location is close to the mall, the town square, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is delicious and served with a view in front of the pool. The room is clean, the bed and sheets are clean, the AC is cold, the shower is strong but requires a long wait. Amenities only include soap and shampoo, maybe next time they can add toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall, okay, the atmosphere is very homey.

Strategic location with affordable price, close to Jatim Park 2 & 3. Breakfast is delicious and varied, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, feels like home, the bathroom shower is strong 👍
