Management needs to educate and provide training to security regarding service and friendliness to hotel guests. My bad experience was on August 24, 2024 I was SHOUTED and VOTED at by a hotel security officer regarding the parking area without asking properly about my intentions and purpose for parking in a place prohibited by the hotel. Even though there were several cars that were parked not in accordance with the location designated by the hotel.

Strategic location but the hotel has long been without renovation (2005). The haunted impression in the landscape area is that there is a large, neglected banyan tree. Breakfast service (good), rooms are quite clean, tube model TV, power outlets. Only 1). Room lighting is dim. Front office: The SOP is really old school. KTP held hostage until check-out. Even though it has a guaranteed application.

Booking 2 moderate rooms, 1 AC room works well, 1 more AC room only blows air. When checking in at 23 it was informed that breakfast could be served at the restaurant. But at 7 am the room was banged on by the clerk asking if he wanted coffee or tea, because breakfast was going to be delivered to the room. As soon as breakfast was delivered, it turned out that only white rice + stir-fried vegetables + a few pieces of small chicken nuggets. Spacious parking, rooms are also spacious & quite clean. But for the bathroom it looks shabby.

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and during the month of Ramadan. For room facilities, it is quite adequate, although not compared to hotels in big cities. But it is quite comfortable to rest. There is free Wifi and is fast enough to surf the internet. The location of the room directly facing the outside location makes it cooler and more comfortable to see and feel the beauty of the facilities provided by the hotel such as children's playgrounds, prayer rooms and can hang out on the terrace. The service was quite good while I was there.

Please ask the hotel management more attention to how to calculate the customers who can allocate breakfast, if necessary, use coupons. So that there is no miscalculation of people like I experienced.
