My first experience traveling to Tulungagung with my family and booked the Malinda Hotel, which had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The food at the newly opened restaurant was also delicious, the fried rice and the breakfast at that time were soto daging, wow, it was really delicious. The staff service was very friendly, thank you very much. Hopefully, I can travel to Tulungagung again and stay at the Malinda Hotel again🙏🏻

AC not working, can't rest. Seems like there is no maintenance. 🙆 Just 1x for the experience of staying here.

The atmosphere of the place is okay, it's just a shame the bathroom smells really bad.

The AC is not cold enough even though it's already 16 degrees.

the protein at breakfast were only tempeh and tofu. no chicken/ beef/ others. very spacious parking lot. very friendly staffs. tissue is only provided in the toilet. so far so good but it can be improved

Everything is good, but unfortunately I haven't been able to taste the breakfast because I'm still fasting.

The room really smelled of cigarettes and there were cockroaches, the bathroom smelled, I couldn't sleep all night. At least if someone wanted to check in, they would check first and give me air freshener. If I wanted to move, it was too late. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is on the side of the road, easy to find, the staff really serves check-in 24 hours, the atmosphere is cool and aesthetic at night decorated with lights, free breakfast, spacious rooms, there is a dressing table and wardrobe, cold air conditioning, good TV, only the cleanliness of the bathroom is not well maintained and there is no shower, having a bucket and dipper just feels uncomfortable.

There is no hot water in VIP room 2, the water is all cold.

The AC in my room was off, the shower in my room didn't have a lid, it said there was breakfast, but I only went to the restaurant until 9 o'clock for breakfast, which I was disappointed with, why wasn't I informed that if breakfast was until after 9 o'clock, breakfast wasn't included. Besides, usually in other hotels, if there is breakfast, customers are reminded that breakfast time will run out.

Great rooms and service, really recommend.

This hotel is very nice, and has free breakfast. Another case needs to be changed as Aircon is noisy although it was changed to another room, but the services are good despite complaints. I recommend this hotel while you are traveling to another city.

Always staying at this legendary hotel. The room is old but quite clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. They have smart TVs now in the room, so we can see YouTube channels. Hot water was good, recommended and we'll come back.

Dengan harga sekian sebanding dengan kualitas & kuantitas, pelayanan ramah, makanan enak, hanya saja kamar mandi kurang good, keramik kotor, menguning, wastafel doll airnya, shower rusak, dan kamar mandi bau, coba dikasih pengharum, gorden juga pada bolong, overall apa mau dikata, ok deh.

The wardrobe is still dusty and dirty. Please clean. The bathroom also needs to be repaired. The breakfast is pretty good. The price per night is fortunately affordable.

1. Pelayanan staf. Sangat buruk, jauh dari wellcome, atitude dan keramahan selayaknya staf hotel sangat jauh dari standar hotel pada umumnya. 2. Menu makanan. Ga enak dan ala kadarnya. 3. Kebersihan kamar. Kurang hygienis, banyak nyamuk dan semut. 4. Satu-satunya unggulan adalah tersedianya tv android, walaupun posisi tv tidak ideal (di samping arah tidur).

Minta tolong untuk AC beberapa kamar khususnya kamar 123 ACnya kurang dingin.

Fast service. It's just that the room looks like it's not really well-maintained, the floor has a lot of crust that turns yellow, no toilet paper, only 1 towel, even though usually each room has 2 towels. The blanket also looks like it's never been washed, it itches when used. The bed is also used for sound sleep. It's not very comfortable in my opinion, it's time to change everything.
