I have stayed at Margonda Residence Apartment twice, the only problem is that the room does not match the picture, the color of the bed sheet and bolster pillow are different, only 1 towel is provided, even though the reservation is for 2 adults, check in takes a long time, have to wait

Usually, when I checked out at 12, there was no information, but in the morning I was told to check out at 10, the service was bad.

Checking in was a bit difficult. In the booking menu you should be told to check the contact in your email. Luckily yesterday we were notified by security. The problem is I'm confused when I want to check in.

Yes, it's standard, but you can't cook because there's no gas, oh yeah, the water in the closet or shower is really small. And you can't use Netflix and others. It's very different from Mares 3,4,5. Thanks.

Untuk lantai kamar lumayan bersih. Ac berfungsi dan dingin. Untuk kasur jorok seperti bekas orang. Untuk lemari pakaian nya masih ada selimut bekas dan berdebu, begitu juga dengan lemari yang ada di bawah kasur jorok dan ada bekas pakaian orang. Untuk kulkas juga agak kotor. Untuk pintu balkonnya susah dibuka nya + ada handuk bekas yang sedang di jemur, untuk handuk bersihnya (?) cuma ada 1 yang di meja (handuk 2 yang di meja sama yang bekas lagi dijemur di balkon). Untuk persediaan sabun dan shampo nta tidak ada (habis). Untuk kamar mandinya juga rada gimana gitu soalnya ada cacing/belatung item kecil yang keluar dari sela lantainya. Niat mau dapat yang lumayan malah dapat yang begini.

Jangan mau nginep di sini cs super super jutek pelayanan nya.

AC dingin kamar bersih itu sudah sangat cukup, Thanks.

Kolam renang bagus dan ada mini market di lobby fasilitas kamarnya juga ok banget.

Apartemen luas fasilitas lengkap ada jogging track kolam renang dan taman bermain anak
