Hotel Not Worth It, spooky and dirty.

The rooms are quite nice and smell good, unfortunately I don't know if it turns out the rooms are on the 1st floor. I think with that price I can get a room on the 2nd floor, that's all that I don't like. Maybe a little more can add a live chat feature between the customer and the hotel, thank you.

The rooms are neat and clean, but the quality of mattresses, pillows and AC is very unsatisfactory. Mattresses and pillows must be replaced.

The bathroom door is broken. at the hotel entrance it says at 12 pm the door is closed. Our family rushed home from Malioboro despite heavy rain and using motorcycles, standard rooms according to the budget provided towels and soap. Actually it's already OK. to rest quite comfortably.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is friendly and responsive. But I don't like the rules, I have to go back at 12 at night, and I find ants in the bed when I first enter.

This was a very bad stay at Traveloka, it was so dirty that the bed was like a trash can, lots of red itchy ants & lots of cockroaches just like a cow's cage !! & the price is expensive, it doesn't work very well, for those who want to stay here I suggest it's better to look for another place, not bad but not livable, there is no drinking water, no toiletries, towels must be asked first & very thin. online please check that this inn is very detrimental to consumers!

The old air conditioner was cold during the day, the bathroom door could not be locked, it could not be closed, the window could not be locked, the shower leaked.

The staff is really friendly, I happen to have a room below that has no window. AC likes to die alone. Spring bed mattress per jendol. I have to change the mattress, finally move up with an additional fee plus member payment. The room above is pretty good, but small water.
