mặc dù cô chủ thân thiện thật đó nhưng dịch vụ quá dở, tụi mình sáng dậy đi ăn sáng đi chơi đến trưa 12h mới về mà phòng vẫn chưa được dọn, xuống gọi cô chủ để hỏi thì tới chiều muộn mới có người dọn. Mình ở 2 đêm mà dọn phòng có 1 lần. Xe máy thuê của khách sạn thì lúc cầm xe không còn 1 giọt xăng, ít nhất cũng phải đủ 1 xíu để đủ chạy ra cây xăng để đổ xăng chứ mình phải dắt bộ ra cây xăng để đổ, ra tới cây xăng thì nắp đổ xăng bị hư không mở được, nên mình lại phải dắt bộ về để đổi xe máy khác. xe máy khác cây xăng không còn 1 giọt xăng nên mình lại phải dắt bộ tiếp ra cây xăng đổ. đổ xong thì xe nổ mãi không được, đứng nổ máy hết gần 15p xe mới chạy được. Không bao giờ quay lại nữa!

Small room, secret space, old and noisy furniture

The hotel is small, unlike advertising images. Customer service is not good, not friendly. The doors and windows are all faulty and still allow guests to check in. Hotel rooms but quality is not equal to motels.

I have booked 2p in Charming for a 4-night vacation but I really wasn't satisfied. Firstly the receptionist is not friendly. The second room is too small, the windows and the main doors all have problems: the window is not closed, the main door is not locked but it is closed but the outside does not open by itself but must be opened inside, very bad convenient. Staying 4 nights without changing the gas once, the pillow is too high and it hurts the neck, the pillow is very old and sloppy. To recap is not to be satisfied with this customer. Forget not to take pictures, pillows are buggy, not a zipper for neat. Give 2 * encouragement but not really. Too bad
