Room is ok for the price, friendly staff

A bit old, and the blanket has green and red stains, probably an accident.

I rented a room for my family to go on a short holiday in Ban Me at the hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is in a good location, near the city center, my family had a terrible experience staying overnight at this hotel. All night long, a strange man kept knocking on the door, disturbing us, making my family confused and scared. I called the receptionist but did not receive any help or apology or satisfactory resolution. The next morning, when I went down to the reception desk to ask questions and needed an explanation, I was treated by a male employee who had a contemptuous attitude towards customers, worked unprofessionally, and looked down on others. I had a holiday that was supposed to be good but turned out to be bad because of the hotel itself, poor security and unacceptable service attitude.

The hotel is newly renovated so it is better than previous reviews. Central location near the square, convenient for traveling and eating.

Clean, comfortable. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and friendly. I forgot something at the hotel and the receptionist helped me ship it. I am really satisfied.

The room was run down, not cleaned of ants and insects, the ceiling was damp, the floor was blistering, they refused to change the room and told me to cancel it, the room was on the 5th floor, walking distance from the 4th floor, there was a baby and arranging the room like that was unacceptable.

The staff, Bao, is very enthusiastic. The price is ok compared to the central location. The hotel is quiet.
