The stay was worth every $$ since it includes traditional English breakfast of freshly baked muffins, toast with butter and jam, and croissant was soft and warm. The meal followed by eggs, baked beans, bakes tomatoes, wild mushrooms and sausages. We were informed that only for breakfast the meal would be Halal (we are Muslims), we have opted to avoid any meat altogether but was still given chicken sausages. You just need to inform the butler/waiter and explain your conditions for no meat breakfast. In other note, we actually booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a junior suite upon check-in. It was a nice gesture as we had to pass by the corridors leading up to our room on the 3rd floor overlooking the lush green and full of flower blooms of the beautiful garden. The room was sufficient with complimentary fruit basket. When we arrived in the evening, there were other guests having tea in the garden compound, one of them even had ukulele, so the ambience was lovely we also joined to have tea. Night time can be too quiet but we went down to the living hall and there were a few families there, so were assured that we weren't the only ones staying there. It was cold but there was no heater, so we just shut the windows and turned on the air purifier provided in the room.
