I really enjoy staying here, I'm a regular. The only downside is that you can't go straight down to the parking lot from the elevator. So every time you want to go to the basement, you have to ask the receptionist for access.

Overall, my staycation here with my family wasn't bad. It's in a strategic location, making it easy to get around. The only caveat is that the hotel amenities are minimal, with no small towels or floor mats. The service and breakfast were fine.

The staff were all friendly, both at the front desk and the daily staff, and those in the restaurant. Once inside the hotel, there wasn't the slightest hint of horror. However, the room on the 7th floor needed some maintenance as the walls were badly damaged by water.

I've stayed here 3 times. It's quite pleasant, although there was an incident where someone else opened the room because the staff gave the same room to someone else. Hahaha, we were both shocked, but I've already reprimanded the staff and they apologized twice. It's okay... this time it's really quiet because the room was upgraded, it's not noisy, the wifi is smooth, the food is delicious, especially the soto betawi which is full of meat. The bathroom needs some improvements. See you next time Rivoli
