The place is comfortable, clean, and the location is good. The staff does not stand by 24 hours, so it's rather difficult to ask for help at night.

The room is really big, suitable for a lot of family because there is a guest room, etc., but unfortunately the musty smell, the mattress and blanket are also very humid.

They have a very spacious room and bathroom, clean, and so comfortable with a bunch of pillow which I like. You’re gonna feeling chill in the middle of sunny Ubud. The location is great, in the middle of monkey forest and a lot of cafes. And they have the helpful staff. Gonna stay in here again!

The location is ok, the rooms are really spacious but unfortunately the full glass bathroom door is so uncomfortable.
