Strategic location near Monas/Sarinah, unfortunately the parking space is narrow, I asked for a bathroom mat but they didn't give it, there were no towels on the first day, the sheets and pillowcases are no longer white and need to be renewed, the food is not very varied, the price is quite expensive for the facilities available

The floor near the bed was wet, damp, and had a musty smell. Finally moved to another room but instead got a room where the sheets and pillowcases smelled of drool and itchy with lots of small hairs, it seemed like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest. It's a shame that the cleanliness of the bed wasn't given much importance. Even the doormat wasn't there, the towels smelled and even when asked for the doormat, they were given dirty ones like they'd been used. Please fix it a lot and pay attention to the comfort of staying overnight, it's very important to change the sheets and pillowcases if they're dirty.

I booked a Deluxe King Room for 1,083,225. When I checked in, I had to arrive at 2:00 PM. What wasn't right? 1. From check-in to check-out, I wasn't given a room key, claiming there was a disturbance. (I asked fellow guests, but they didn't give me a room key.) 2. When I entered the room, there were no towels or drinks. I called reception twice, but there was no response. I went to reception once and only then did they answer. 3. A very strategically located hotel with limited parking. Service, especially in the restaurant during breakfast, is quite poor. I had to wait almost half an hour for a fried egg.
