Everything was fine, except that during our stay, the water was off in the morning, and some of the power outlets were loose and broken. Something as simple as this would surely be fixed by the hotel, and they'll be even more successful and prosperous. If it were around 200,000 Rupiah, it would be even busier.

Actually, HTL Permata Alam is okay in terms of cleanliness, and the staff is also good in terms of service. However, the rooms with a view of the main road are very noisy. The sound of vehicles outside is very audible, making it difficult to sleep at night. Just a suggestion: It's better to have a no-smoking area inside the rooms and HTL. I noticed that ashtrays are provided for smoking inside. It would be a shame if the other rooms were disturbed by smoking in one of the rooms.

The room, towels, bathroom were clean, and the AC was working well. It's close to the main road, so you get a great view. Recommended, guys 🤩

The staff is friendly, the room is large enough, and it is clean, even though it is an old hotel, the atmosphere is pleasant. The less comfortable thing is the mattress is a bit hard, and the pillows are also thin.
