At the peak of prices under 300 on weekends it's hard to find a good, clean, complete hotel but this is a recommended hotel. At first I was hesitant from the front of the building, but it turned out the room was nice, android TV, cleanliness was okay, staff was friendly, the water heater worked, there was AC too. Ordered food at the hotel at 2 am was still served. Next time I will stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ unfortunately I didn't have time to take a picture of the room first

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable, and it's located on the main road in Puncak, making it easy to get around. The downside is traffic noise. The swimming pool isn't very large, but it's clear and clean. Breakfast is simple: fried rice, eggs, and bread.

It doesn't look too good in the photo, but once you get to the place, it's not bad.

This is the second time staying at Permata Hotel. In the same room too. I don't understand whether the twin bed is only in that one room or what? Because my choice is always the twin bed. 1. It was around 2:30 PM, still had to wait, they said the room was still being cleaned. Even though it should have been ready for check-in at 2:00 PM. 2. We asked for a twin bed and a non-smoking room, in fact when we entered the room it smelled of cigarettes. 3. Ordered liwetan food, but there was no liwetan rice. Replaced with rice topped with anchovies. 4. The swimming pool was dirty. 5. Breakfast was not varied, only rice, noodles, eggs, tea, coffee, and bread. 6. There was no tea or coffee in the room, only water and glasses. Hopefully there will be improvements soon so we don't miss out on the others. Good luck.

The only downside is the breakfast menu, there are no other options, just fried rice and fried noodles. The bread only has strawberry jam, no fruit.

Everything was fine, except that during our stay, the water was off in the morning, and some of the power outlets were loose and broken. Something as simple as this would surely be fixed by the hotel, and they'll be even more successful and prosperous. If it were around 200,000 Rupiah, it would be even busier.

Very good for the staff and their service. A few suggestions: renovations aren't necessary, but repairs could be made to the damaged exterior ceiling, which is visible from the room.

Even though it's my first time, this hotel is highly recommended. The facilities are good and the location is great. Tip: If you're planning to stay during a long holiday, book well in advance using the app, as on-site bookings are guaranteed to be full.
