Hotel staff not help us to carry the bag into the room.. room also don't have rug mat, shower also not useful.. please upgrade the room. Thank you

nice and best place to stay in due to strategic place in front of the activities area and stall.

Alhamdulillah the room is comfortable. There is a swimming pool for kids bathing.

The rooms are dirty, sheets are torn, very shabby.

Good and comfortable for budget travel.

Room booked for capacity of 4 persons with 2 queen beds, but can be for 3 queen and single.

The bathroom is not maintained, the faucet is leaking, the shower is leaking, towels are not replaced, the room has never been cleaned.

Very uncomfortable, the toilet very lame, and also towel very dirty.

Uncle clean room smelled uncomfortable.

Room just ok.. location perfect.. the hotel keeper/ the one at receptionist arguing with me on the room.. I already pay for 4 people but he said the room is for 3. I need to pay extra for another one.. I didn't agree.. I show the booking apps.. still he arguing.. at the end I said I will reconfirm with agent back.. after few second he said ok.. he give room for 4 with annoying face.. aishh.. other than him.. everything is ok. Only get 2 towels instead of 4..

The location is strategic but the rooms are very sad.

okey lah , near by beach and shop , step out from lobby you can reach the shop, surau and beach

no privacy and a lot of people from jabatan agama islam easily go inside the property with out our concern.

The room is very hard for families with small children, cups & mineral water in the room, the face mirror and the hot water in the toilet is working.

The resort is close to the beach and the eatery. Ideal for family day. It's not too bad and there are certain things that are not satisfactory but are well worth the price.

The water heater was spoils and we try to change another room but the receptionist (bangla man) asked to wait tomorrow morning. The bed is even worst! Once you lay down you can even feel the spring the mattress. The bed sheet and also the blanket also seem like never change! Very terrifying!

Looking at the pictures through the internet of the resort looks interesting but when you enter the room it doesn't seem to be packed properly. The sheets are not packed neatly as if they were not replaced after use. Inside the bathroom is a bit unmanageable, as the water is left on the cement and tap water is also left on the cement (it should provide a hanger). Newly requested bath soap and toilet paper are provided while shampoo is not provided. Facilities are often available where hotels / resorts such as mineral water, glass and kettles are available for cooking. Inside the wardrobe there are dirty towels and food containers left empty (maybe used by the occupants).

This hotel is very rundown,probably not interest to serve the customer. I personally think that this hotel just want to cheat people. This hotel not only very rundown, room is dirty, bed sheet smelly and dirty like never change, room also smell very bad. The room condition and hotel well not maintain, probably want to chase the customer out. Very bad, don't ever think to stay in this hotel. The local people at Teluk Nipah knew and told that this hotel always change their hotel name, because they always get very bad feedback and no reputation at all. I been cheated that i could feel. Stay away from this hotel, that i could advise.
